Com Pac 16 for sale SW Michigan $1500

Hi, everyone. I acquired my Com Pac 16 ( #ABV01974m83116 ) from a friend with an eye toward refurbishing it. Now I am sailing another course. She has to go. Can be sailed as-is. Good shape for her age.

Hutchins standard trailer, in need of some work on the rollers. Tohatsu 3.5 hp long shaft 2 stroke, completely refurbished including new impeller, new propeller.  Spare suite of new  sails and a roller furling jib system.

I can send photos on request. I will list locally on Craigslist after May 1 if she does not sell here.

I haven't had any nibbles.

Some time has opened up on my schedule, so I am choosing to roll up my sleeves and do a refit/refurbish. I need to start with the trailer.  Ths should be a good opportunity to document the process and keep a running total of $ and time spent.
