1982 Com-pac 19 for sale

Again...not my boat, nor any affiliation, just came across this listing on Craigslist for a 1982 Com-pac 19 - looks like the ad is out of the Boston area.

Not a bad price for a 19 with the sink/stove option, tongue extender, and updated motor mount.  I didn't see any tell tail water marks in the interior either.

Carl, I couldn't quite tell in the pic, but it looked maybe like that sink/galley was up near the v-berth? I haven't seen that before. I've seen the pull-out sink in the 23's, under the companionway, but never have seen a sink on a 19 previously.
