Looking good!  If that happens again move your car all the way to the front of the track,  the jib sheet should clear inside the shroud then.  Not ideal for all points of sail, but better than trying to re-run the sheets once you're already out, and probably gives the best sheeting angle for dead downwind.

Nice! Next you can unsnap that boom vang from the bottom of the mast and clip it to a stanchion base instead. Voila, you've turned it into a preventer, to avoid an accidental jibe. Now it's safe to let out the main sheet until the mainsail almost touches the spreaders.

And good to put some tension on the vang in order to keep the boom down.  Boat will tend to roll a little running wing and wing and with the mainsheet slacked for a run and it will cause the boom to bounce a bit.  Tension will work either in the preventer mode or as a normal boom vang to keep that from happening. At least that is how it is on a 23
