After years of trailering our Com Pac 16 ll around to different lakes in northern NH / Vermont and Maine, "Passing Wind" has found a new home on the coast of Maine, near Rockland. (St George). It is a different buy awesome world out here in the ocean, but she seems to love it here. Going from a trailer sailor to a mooring in the bay teaches one humility, fast.  Thought I was quite the bad-ass sailor up in the lakes- only to learn I wasn't as skilled as I thought as evidenced by my first, second and third attempts to sail up to the mooring ball, catch the tine and tie up. Buy for us, we should have been sailing here years ago. Anyhow, new home.

I find that practice makes it better, but never perfect. So many variables to challenge you, but that?s  what makes it fun, at least for me.

That's so exciting to expand your horizons. It's so nice to have a greater playground for exploration and adventure.
