Can any 27-2 owners give me an approximate cost of replacing the Jabsco head and all hoses including labor for their Com Pac 27's?  We are in the process of doing so in 'Red Knot' our 1995 Com Pac 27-2.

I replaced mine last year. It took about $360 in parts in four hours labor.

I purchased the head, hoses, and vented loop at Defender.

Yes but I was talked out of it.  I'm never going to be that far away from a pump out station.  Does anyone know what the stock size holding tank was on a new 1995 27-2 Com PAC?

I have an old listing for a 94 and it says 7 gallons, I think at some point they went to 14.
14 fits and you can't do a whole lot with 7.

I recommend rotomolded polyethylene for the tank material. I wish I did a bigger vent fitting than stock.

If you don't think you will be offshore for flushing overboard, you can cap the toilet output seacock and
have a system with two runs of hose period. No Y valve, no vented loop.

Raritan PHII is much nicer than the Jabsco unit.

Trident Sani Shield is nice hose but may be bigger diameter than what you have. Chucking a round sanding sleeve holder in a drill is a good way to make the bulkhead hole a little bigger.

I have found the SCAD SOLO tank monitor to work well.
