1978 Compac 16 for sale

Looking to re-home my beloved sailboat. I've had a lot of fun with it, but am looking to buy a fishing boat and can only have so many in the driveway according to the Admiral. Includes: Main, Jib, and Large Genoa. Main and Jib are original and pretty tired. The Genoa is in better shape. Original and foiled rudder and two tiller arms. I also have a spinnaker that I never put into use but is included. Will need some TLC as they all do. Cabin is dry but needs restoration. Water ready now. Many original parts and hardware. Also have Ida Sailor foiled rudder that is serviceable but needs repair. They will fix it. Just never sent it in.  Comes with working Johnson 2 hp kicker that runs beautifully. Starts easily and idles very slowly. Magic Tilt trailer with working lights and newish tires. I am the second owner so I have manuals, etc. first $1800 gets it. Cash only. No checks, money orders or cashiers checks.
