Hope you are well, and that you had evacuated the area. Looks like New Bern got the brunt of the storm. Sorry for what I know you will be dealing with, I've been through a couple of hurricanes myself, and the after math is no less horrific than the storm. I was to be traveling from here in Florida to Maryland, but that has been put on hold unless I take a 300 mile detour. Wishing you the best.

I'm good. I keep the boat in New Bern but live in Kinston, NC, approximately 1 hour west of New Bern. I hauled the boat out several weeks ago to upgrade the motor mount and tweek a few other items. I was going to launch her last weekend but decided to keep her on her trailer in my back yard under a shelter in Kinston after hearing the hurricane forecast. We/she are fine. We were without electricity a day but it is back on now. Next up for Kinston is flooding to come later this week from water from the Raleigh area coming thru Kinston via the Neuse River.

Thanks for the shout!
