clr arrival times

 well, i guess by now everyone should have an idea of when they will be arriving in Carlyle for CLR 2017. I'm assuming that it will be either sunday or Monday. just a heads up, sunday evening Sarah and I are taking her mother out to celebrate her 86 Th birthday but we should be back by 8pm. anytime after that i will be available to help rig, launch, and park tow vehicles. i will launch my boat early Monday morning. Please call me at 317) 292 0258 when you get in. let me know asap when you plan on arriving as we usually have a little get together sunday night at the marina. i don't think we have any new attendees this year but I'm hoping for a surprise (remember Texas Doug and Minnesota Don),

   wish i had his last name and phone number. i hope he is still with us.

joanie and i should be arriving around noon monday.

however, i will be using the table saw and dado blade this friday, so it's tentative.

the hull paint still looks awful, but it should float, so we'll be bringing it.  after the season ends, i'll remove all the hardware from the hull and attempt to get a decent paint job on her.  all that's left is to install new rubrail and connect the wiring.

see you monday, hopefully with all my body parts intact.
