sarah and i sailed carlyle lake today and happily all the ramps are open and the lake is in very good shape with little or no debris in sight. no problems putting in at Allen's branch ramp in Eldon Hazlett state park whatsoever. the wind was up and we had no problem making 5 knots on the main alone but the waves took their toll and we called it quits after 3 hours. anyone worried about debris can relax. the lake is still a bit muddy from the flood but it is beginning to clear up and should be great come CLR time.
