Speaking of reservations don't forget to make hotel reservations if from out of town.

Here is where a lot of folks stay:

http://marinersvillagecarlylelake.com

They have suites or standard rooms.  Don't forget to mention any popular discounts you may have (AAA, AARP, etc).
There is a also a super 8 nearby but Mariners village is a bit closer.

Note that they say they have breakfast, but it's pretty limited compared to nicer hotels, so if you're a big breakfast person plan to go out or pack 'n eat.

Just made mine a few days ago. Can't wait for this epic event!

love the use of the word "epic"   to all that are coming this year-----please pray ------  for goooood weather.  by the way the lake is down this year so watch those depthfinders. spring rains will probably solve that problem. the raft up will more than likely be a "stand up"  also to allay any fears----i will not--not be wearing a coconut bra this year

the double negative had me confused, and tempting the "Report to moderator" button... something about that doesn't sound right, but also epic at the same time.  I look forward to hearing about the event, and wish everyone the best.

And Crazy Carl>?? Maybe this year is the year of the Coconut Bra off!

Boy i hope my vacation gets approved at this new store........... would be nice to be back in the seat of TT at CLR for my first sail on her in possibly 2 years!

Where do we find out more about this event?  Is there a web site that I'm missing?

Where do we send "reservations" and to whom?

Thanks,
Ron

Is there a date for this event?
