Paul,

Yes it does, thanks so much.  The bimini top spans over each side of the jib track on the coaming, was not sure if it could still be used, and how it could be used.  Weather is still off and on here in Colorado, too windy for my skill set.  Hey, thank for the help.  I worked on Shrimp boats and Mississippi River boats growing up, on the bayou in Lafitte La, from the River front of New Orleans to Florida.  Sailboats, all new to me, wanted to give it try, before the last boat ride.

thanks

You're welcome.  :)

But, I guess you should know that some boats have a bimini track outboard of the top of the coming.  That's a different animal than the jib sheet track, which is on top of the coming.  Having not seen a photo, I wouldn't know for sure.  You can compare yours with photos of Dale's 16 in the photo gallery.  Look for "multimedia-smith."  He has some great photos of his running rigging and other modifications.  You can see the difference between the jib track and the bimini track.

Sounds like you've had a lot of experience around the water.  Sure you have some good tales to tell.  Best wishes sailing at the higher altitudes.  8)
