Jib Sheet Hanging up when Tacking

I also noticed the line behind the furler. 

Hoping one of you two can post a "sym for dummies" post.

Back on the original post, I have learned to let the sail pull across the bow before I tighten the lines and that seems to keep it off the pin.  On the rare occassions it does hang up, hefting a boat hook forward at pin level usually removes it.
