Two Com-Pac 25s for sale (1996 & 2000)

I was perusing sailboatlistings dot com last night when I came across two CP 25s for sale (one is from 1996, the other is 2000) -- looks like they're offered for sale by the same broker, I believe. These boats are pretty rare to come by, let alone two for sale at the same time, from the same broker.
