Hi folks,

I need to sell my Green Bauer 12.  You can check her out at the following link

https://jerseyshore.craigslist.org/boa/6622455875.html?lang=en&cc=us

It's a Gunter rig (gaff main & jib) and just a good solid boat.  It was my pre-Compac boat, and is kinda a  compac relative in traditional design and stability.  Bauteck, the builder is still in operation and also in FL.

I thought about adding oar locks, but never got around to it.  Found my CP 19 one season after buying the Bauer.  I am recently infatuated with a Picnic Cat, and the Bauer is too close in size to keep both (or so my Admiral insists- very strongly and daily).

I just had Beaton's Boat Yard check out the centerboard.

Let me know if you have questions, will make great deal to a Compacnaut.  Thanks for looking.
Will tow to your site, if within an hour or 2 of the frontier of the Garden State.

Thanks and regards,
Brian
