Just ordered a new anchor rode

I just ordered a new anchor rode from Cajun Ropes.  It is 1/2" in 100' double braid nylon.  From all of the reviews that I have seen it is really good stuff.  The total was just under 1 boat unit ($100).  I also ordered some green whipping twine to mark the anchor rode.  The rode comes with a stainless steel eye spliced into it.

I will let you know what I think of it when it arrives.

I may be wrong, but I think "Boat Units" very exponentially with the size of the boat. HeaveToo was likely referring to the smallest commonly recognized BU.
