I looked at it last week.  Nice seller--friendly and not pushy.  Honest.  Boat looks sound and it has new sails too.  The interior needs work.  No cushions, a little bit of the wood laminate is peeling in the cabin under the mast.  Good project for someone, definitely.

could you please elaborate on "interior needs work" ?  How was the trailer, bottom of the boat?

Okay.  the interior was pretty spare.   no cushions at all, and the cabin was used mostly for storage.  There is a piece of wood laminate that is near the mast post which was peeling.  May be some water damage at some point?  I'm not an expert at trailers, but it looked fine to me.  So was the hull.  It had a depth sounder added, which was nice.  I have some photos that I took of the interior if you'd like me to send them to you.  Not sure if I can post photos on this answer.
