That's a great price assuming there are no gotchas. I'll bet she needs new sails, so figure $1000 for those. Still a good value - someone will snap this one up pretty quick.

i would stay away unless you can get it for dirt cheap and feel like rebuilding the interior.  My buddy look at it a few week ago.   Boat was missing the port cover on the hatch for a long long time .  he sent me a pic of the interior if i can find it i will post it
