Does anyone know about changing the prop on a CP 23D from a two blade to a three blade propeller? Also what is the max rpm that should be indicating when the throttle is full open on a 1GM10 Yanmar? I am only getting something near 2800 rpm.

'Florence Marie' is a '97 23D
She's got the original 12 in. 2 blade prop.

RPMs top out at about 3200 but with soot; so I keep it at about 3000.
