So Im thinking about selling my boat, shes got a hinged mast step and a triple axle trailer.  At the risk of a real flogging Im thinking about a Corsair F-27 since the shallow launching ability would open up more cruising areas with shallow ramps.

If I do happen to sell the boat I may also sell the truck as well.

You're really tempting me, man! Would I be a traitor to my Koinonia if I took up with a mistress by the same name? Hmmm...

You can't leave me with the only CP 27 on the dock!

Not that I like to see someone selling a CP, as they to me are one of the best built boats I have worked on (atleast my 19 really REALLY impressed me especially in my field with what all I have worked on)

I decided to look up a Corsair F27 to see what it was.

A good old sailor friend had 3 boats of a similar design, hard to capsize em. Really neat hull.
His was a different type and they had horrible delamination issues. When they were sail-able, he really loved them.
Now he owns a Cat boat, got tired of the delaminating.....

ANYWAY, I found this on my search, and it is really a neat story! Corsair F27:

If I had the money  8) I would buy the whole package off ya  :D ;D

I saw that articall last night, that emergency inflatable piece is really something, though since it took so long for a guy to flip one of those I have to say theyre very safe to start with, he was flying along with wind gusting to 35 knots with a screecher up and full main and his kid on board, nuts!

Geez Kicknbug!  The paint is barely dry on Wrinkles and you think I should be buying another boat?  Although that sure is a nice looking boat/trailer combo and I do need a new truck...........

I'm staying away on this one! Presently, I'm looking at a Sandy-damaged older CP 16 and a more damaged Cape Dory Typhoon. Love those boats.

jason nice idea, you know anyone who wants a 16 ' duracraft with a 40 horse mariner. that bugger has to go to make room for a bigger boat or another old vehicle.
