Hi:
I assume that you are looking for the opening ports to add two more to each of your cabin sides? Did the exact same project three or four years ago. Quick notes to mention....there are apparently two different suppliers of ports back then. I found that some were made by (I think) Newfound metals and some were made by ABI. They are cosmetically the same but product wise slightly different. DO NOT mix up components from the two suppliers. Also DO NOT mix up components from one port to another. Mark everything and keep them grouped together. I didn't and was playing match up for days!!!! The process of cutting the openings was no big deal. I used a sawzall to rough them out and a 1/4" die grinder with a router bit and a guide bearing on it to finish them to size. The outer flange bolted in place was used as a template to finish them to size with the router bit. Be aware that the port are not all at the same level. I strung a line across the two existing ports found the mid point horizontally and vertically and positioned the port according to the point. You will be surprised how thin the cabin walls are. I used a number of tubes of sealant between the vernier, the frames, the outer flanges.....the more the better!!!! You may need slightly longer screws when you seal it all up and try to compress it all. The bronze ones kept breaking on me so I ended up replacing them all with stainless steel ones. The sealant around the ports and under the vernier was a little skimpy, I added sealant every where.....buy plenty!! I also replaced the glass in all of the ports but that another story. Alot more to tell about the project but that's another post....good luck!!

Could you not use a hole saw?

Even if these are oval, then 2 holes cut using the same hole saw then joining the top and bottom would get the oval hole.

Cummins tools has a cheap set that does the job really well.
