Main or Jib or both

CP 16 do not seem to have any luck sailing with main only or jib only what am I doing wrong thanks

Assuming your sails are not blown out you are probably over tightening them.  When I had a 16 I found sailing on the jib only worked better.  My sails were old and sailing on the main only did not work going into the wind.
