11.5 foot skiff for sale

I have a 11.5 foot skiff I am pretty sure I want to sell off.
I started building it, and it is probably 60 percent done if you count the painting as part of the construction phase.
I have a few things modified, and the parts to keep the project alive.

I changed the centerboard to a drop in HDPE board. It is also shaped.
Needs a rudder. I also have the plans in a booklet.

The shell is Fiberglass with a 1/4 inch luan plywood core.
Completely built from West System.
I am a fiberglass technician so I assure you it is done right. Will probably be the toughest home built around.

Added a runner along the bottom to help with beaching, giving it a sacrificial lamb to mess up....

I am selling it because I don't have the space to keep it, and frankly too much going on in my life to watch it sit and be a reminder of a job I haven't finished.

It can be hauled in the back of a Ford Ranger. 2 people can move it easily. I have moved it myself also.

Looking to see if anyone is interested in it....... not sure what else to do with it.
