Located North East, Maryland, Northern most part of Chesapeake Bay. Very little use, engine has only 200 hours. As third owner I have owned since 1999. Stored  last 3 seasons. Currently going thru a general cleaning, waxing and teak done. Boat will be in sail away condition with all fluids and filters changed along with cleaning of fuel tank  There is a new water heater and helm compass. Sails are in good repair and condition.
