Nice 1998 Com-Pac 16CB for sale in Titusville, FL.  Very pretty red hull.  4hp Yamaha 4 stroke.  This was a bit of an ill timed purchase on my part... I had been taking a sailing class at the local sailing club and was getting excited about getting my first boat.  Just after I bought her, I found out my wife was expecting.  Now the little one's here, and the boat's not getting used.  Asking $5,900.  Email caseyacrouch@aol.com for more information or pics.

Well, Casey:
   Sounds like a nice boat. Why don't you keep her and take the whole family out sailing? A sailboat is a great place for creating family memories.

That was the first thought, but apparently this whole first time dad thing takes up a lot of time (who would've guessed).  I don't plan on giving up on sailing, just crewing on other's boats and using the club's boats when I have a chance.  I just can't stand seeing her on dry land so much.  I've always heard there's nothing worse for a boat than not getting used, so I'd rather pass her along to someone who has the time and inclination now.  The cash wouldn't hurt either... diapers are expensive
