1983 Compac 16 "Team Work" with trailer and 2000 Honda 5 hp 4 stroke outboard.  Boat is currently in the water at Clarks Hill Lake near Augusta, GA.  Main, jib, genoa and spinaker.

Looks like a nice engine hanging on the motor mount...  It might be a little over priced though. For what it is worth, I bought my 1988 Com-Pac 16/3 last Spring for $2,000.  Boat, 3hp motor, main, jib, spinnaker, trailer.  I needed new sails though so that was an extra $750 or so.
