Now lowered to $12,900  Amazing 23d/3 .  AS of today I am listing on Craigslist South Florida, Sailboat listings, Texas sailing, and Ebay.   Boat is ready to sail right now.  100 precision roller furling jib.  Boat is 100% dry.  She is in Stuart Florida in the port st lucie river.  New solar vent, new gaskets on all portholes, Deisel Yanmar looks and runs like brand new, slide out sink, marine head with holding tank, water tank.  I have gone back to college for 2 yrs for Marine Engineering and have no time and need the money to help. Just a suggestion - insert the word "Compac" somewhere in the listing in case people aren't aware of the hyphen. I just searched for Compac and it didn't show up. Good luck with the sale.
