Stable is good. especially after a good day of being on the water and well into cocktail hour!

Every so often i think we should have returned to sailing by getting a larger boat with more room below but i am reminded of why having a small hole in the water is an enviable position when i listen to other boat owners at our marina talking about their costs and size of their holes!

It is also a fact that many of the boats there simply sit in their slips till a weekend, then the owners come down, have drinks, entertain, go to sleep then leave on Sunday without ever slipping a line. A floating condo. I also have been struck by the median age, which is AARP range. Where is the next generation of boaters?
