Gimbaled Stove

Has anyone figured out a way to put a gimbaled stove on their boat?

Ok...this is not an immediate project but I just began to think of when I use to have hot lunches and drinks under sail.  There was something nice about having a hot tea or Coco under sail in a cool spring of fall day.  I also use to cook lunch while underway too.

Anyone think of this idea too?

I have not. I continue to use the original 2 burner Origo stove that came with my boat but I've built a much longer slide out frame for it. 42" long. I do  not use it under sail but then again I mostly sail solo.

But it looks like they have been discontinued, I guess it will take a little more searching now. One of the nice things about that forespar stove was you could buy different mounting options, including one for the rail. So when you're sailing solo, or on hot days when you don't want to run the stove in the cabin, you can use it in the cockpit. The biggest downside (from my perspective) was the 1 lb propane cans, I would rather have a liquid fuel, plus mounting the thing in the cabin with enough room for that can to swing around might be tricky.
