Cp19 cabin sole question?

Is the cabin sole on the CP19  concrete with a layer of fiberglass on top?

I removed my old carpeting today and after cleaning up all the nastiness I noticed there is some play in the floor towards the bilge.  Basically the floor seems solid by the v-birth but about halfway to the stern it seems as though the there is a slight gap between the fiberglass and whatever is under it. I am not sure if I am explaining it right but basically I can push the sole in a litter before it hits something solid.

Seems every boat is the same but different.

My CP-19 XL cement stops as the keel flairs out to meet the flatness of the hull.
Imagine looking at the bottom shape of the outside of the keel.
Now take that shape all the way up till it just meets the rug.
No glass on top. Just cement shaped like the bottom of the keel.

Now is a good time to cut that 16" x 16" access hole in front of the compression post for storage under the vee birth. Just like the side storage hatches.
Additionally ALL the flat horizontal white surfaces shown in the picture, on my boat were painted factory grey.
Gloss Rustoleum when I repainted the inside. The rug up the side stays, while all the wood and wood battens were Min-Waxed many times over.
The sliding hatch inside was grey originally. I painted it gloss white to match the fiberglass XL overhead along with the inside of the drop board cut in half for storage convenience. Not white.

The forward ends of the vertical between the quarter births and the vee birth are teak plywood like the notch in front of the compression post.
