Check out NC Sailboat at www.ipass.net/sailboat they are a com-pac dealer and also sell used. They have one CP-16 and will have an other tomorrow, mine.

jhtjr, I have a 1984 compac 16 for sale in north carolina.  I have been in the process of restoring it this winter and I am about ready for spring launch.  The sails are in great shape (3), has a 12V system with panel including running lights, interior lights, and power ports located in the cockpit and in the interior.  I will be glad to supply you with more information and pics if you are interested.
