CP-16/2 For Sale

I bought my 1989 CP-16/2 in November 2013. Two weeks after I found a 1986 CP-23/2 . I have been sailing the 23 ever since. I never had the CP-16/2 in the water. I don't want her to go wasted sitting in my back yard. I would rather have someone enjoy her. She is much too nice of a boat not to use. She has a new main and jib, trailer and 5hp Mercury.  I am asking $3,500 for everything. She is in Jacksonville, NC. I can email you photos.
