Would a trailer owner help out Junior here please?

I'm improving my trailer which is winchless.  Inspiring myself from this idea:

I would need the ideal height to the rubber bow support.  What is the measurement from the tongue to the bolt holding the support please?

I have included this other picture to make my question clearer.

Thanks again.

Mine is 34-3/4" from the top of the tongue to the centerline of the bolt that holds the chock on.  However, that is not ideal, since the chock hits the bottom of the bobstay tang and it tears it up when traveling.  It actually needs to be a few inches lower.  If your 23 has a bobstay for a sprit, you have to take that into consideration and try to get below it for a contact point.  Also, mine does not have a boom piece, it bolts to the upright.  With the boom piece you can build in some adjustment.

When using that dimension you have to take into consideration the fact that your keel contact point in relation to the top of the tongue may be different.  I think my keel contact point is about an inch below top of the tongue.  Yours may be different.
