Isn't "Hideaway" CP 23 hull #2?
Bob23

Hmmm...don't know for sure.  I'll be checking the HIN today or tomorrow.  I thot the original owner told me it was #2.

Mr. 23,
I am pretty sure Hideaway has the new (well kinda new) style ports. The ones with the trim on the outside (brass not stainless), so unless they were changed at some point she couldn't be #2. Or maybe the 1st few models were that way. They are still round, not oval though.

Mr. Lamb,
I showed your above post to the wife and she said no.
I guess I am the only one in this household with fourfootitis.  :'(

Too bad Billy...I know you really want a 23.  :-\

HideAway

I can assure you that HideAway is not for sale and that she gave up her Dunedin residency some 16 years ago in favor of  a warmer southern climate in Gulfport. :)  We are her third owners and have spoken to the original owner more than once about the boat.  Anyway the number is ab00002m79c-23 and she flown the #2 sail her whole life without any identity crisis.  Hull number 1 is undergoing extensive renovations in St Pete and I believe hull #3 is up north somewhere.  After a couple of months of work we are finally ready to throw off the dock lines and head out on our spring cruise calling at Three Rooker, Anclote key and Caladesi Island 5 days out - 'course that doesn't mean we ll get to all of them but it doesn t matter-- it will be an adventure wherever we go 8) M

I knew I wasn't crazy. Fair winds to you, Hideaway!

Oooooops...and apology to Hideaway.  This boat I listed is hull #5.  The confusion came when the original purchaser told me it was #2.  I have since learned he is suffering from "old timers disease" which is affecting his memory.  The present owner helped to correct this issue.

"Sometimes I miss my memory!"

Bob23

I don't miss my memory...I just can't remember where I put it! I've had a poor memory ever since I can't remember when.
