***SOLD***

This boat has an interesting history.  It's a 2005, yet I'm the first owner.  The former dealer I bought it from was setup on lake Marion, SC for a number of years.  Due to the lake being drained a couple times by the engineers, his own health problems and the subsequent closing of his dealership, this boat was never sold.  They tested it on the water, then moved to FL where this boat sat (covered) until I bought it.

Here's my thread on this forum related to this boat: http://cpyoa.geekworkshosting.com/forum/index.php?topic=5552.0

Flaws I discovered in the boat were minor and related only to how long the boat sat.  This included a bird nest in the mast, a hornet's nest in the boom, the lines and sheets were a little dirty, there was slight oxidation on the gelcoat and two very small holes in the bimini.  All of this has been corrected.  I was pleased to find that the interior of the boat was and remains pristine, no mold/mildew/funky smell.  Overall, the boat just needed a good exterior cleaning, which I did, including the lines/sheets and sails.  After that, it was a like-new boat.

I added:

-6HP 2012 Tohatsu long shaft from onlineoutboards.com.
-Delta anchor with 200' rode and 5' galvanized chain
-Sealand 974 toilet
-Hawk apparent wind indicator
-PowerTech deep cycle marine battery
-Caframo Bora 748 fan, mounted in v-berth
-two12v power points, controlled by the switch panel
-spare tire/wheel for Performance trailer
-Davis Mega-Light (anchor light)

-completely refinished all exterior teak, three coats of Cetol Marine Natural Teak, then two coats of Cetol Gloss.
-re-seated deck hardware using all stainless steel hardware with Life Caulk or butyl tape (wasn't really necessary, but since about four screws were leaking, I just decided to do it all).
-replaced sink line with quality Tygon tubing

All told, I spent $2220.00 on the extras and a good deal of time doing the work.

I'm asking $17500.

I've lowered the price to $17500.  The boat remains the same, ready to sail.
