Not mine, nor do I know him, but saw these on my daily Craigslist inspection... Looks like they fit an older 23. Not the original round ports CP23-I but the oval brass ports. The ones before they switched to SS...23-II I'm guessing.

Wow, that's a tremendous price. Too bad they aren't the 4" round ones that I need for my 19. I am ever vigilant for a set that will fit.
