Spinnaker halyard for Compac 27

Has anyone installed a spinnaker halyard on a newer Compac 27? It appears that
there is a sheave at the masthead, but no exit hole for the halyard (in stock
condition), and only 4 line stoppers. From what I read (still have yet to set
the boat up completely), the stoppers are for the main halyard, jib halyard,
topping lift, and reefing line.
So without installing a different set of line stoppers on one side, I'm guessing
that I'd need to install a cleat for either the reefing line on the boom or on
the mast for the halyard.
I'm asking now because it would be easier to complete the modifications now than
after the boat is launched.
Thanks,

not sure about the 27 but on my 19 there is a bail/loop on the front of the mast head for a spin.

With a spin all the lines need to be ran outside the rigging. The halyard would need to be on top of the front stay.

You deffinatly want a bail at the top.  My hull is #4 so we have differant mast and mastheads, Ive been flying an asymetrical on my 27 and its great for performance!   Lines that come out of the masthead usualy are good at wrapping on the roller furling if your launching with the headsail out and rolling it in afterwards.  If its really windy pulling the headsail out to blanket the asymetrical is also nice to have better control.  Some people use a spinnaker sock, personally I cant stand those things but they work and they fit some peoples needs, just a matter of opinion.

Hang the spinnaker block on that front loop at the cast masthead piece.
