Hitchhiker,

Thank you so much. I have not been able to find a reference in the internet to the Yamaha Sea Martin. Would you have one? or indicate the actual jib measurements (i.e., luff, leech and foot) ?

I'd be curious about what boat designers may have to say about sail balance, etc., but since it seems to work well for you perhaps Hutchins Co. might consider adding it as an option to the design? This would not be cat-boat heresy because the Sun Cat is already a very special cat...

PS.- Your videos in Youtube are great and you are a great ambassador for the design.

I bought my jib sail here. Sea Martin is spelled ?????? in Japanese.
You might want to find the informaiton on the net under the Japanese name.

I myself tried to find the size of similar jib sails only to fail.
I tried buying Sea Martin jib and found it well fit to my SunCat.
I think Flying Duchman's or 470's or Yamaha Cicala's jib sails  fit to SunCat.
I haven't tried any of them because I am not sure about the size of them.
The link above, the shop I bought my jib from doesn't let me know the
size of sails even though I asked two times.
