how to change avitar or post picture

Help....I want to change or upgrade my picture that goes with this post.... I went to profile but I do not see where I can edit the picture.... any ideas?

Look under profile again.

On the left is "Modify Profile" and under that "Profile Information".  Click on Profile Information.  A form shows up on the right side of the screen where the top two questions are about uploading a photo from your PC or picking one up online, from a website.

Done.......... If you go to "I have my own picture" there is not an EDIT mode for the existing pic.
I went to my website and cut and pasted the http: from where the picture is that I wanted and put it in the top choice on the profile page.  Clicked update at the bottom and it worked.

If there is a will then there is a way. smile.
