What is the easiest way to remove my hatch.  I have cracked lip.

You need to remove at least one of the teak rails.
Oriental, "The Sailing Capitol of North Carolina".

Use it as an opportunity. Remove both guide rails and maybe refinish them while they are off, repair the cracked lip, paint the inside of the sliding hatch with a high quality bathroom paint that resists mold and mildew, lay down a couple of strips of UMHW tape where the hatch will slide over (yes it really works well), and rebed the rails.
