I went down the road to scope out a marina and what do I see?  Yep!  A Compac Legacy.  The marina owner tells me he's local so I asked him give the owner my cell number for a meet up.

Hi, crazycarl!

We are in our first season of sailing our 2021 Com-pac Legacy and loving our new boat so much! I'm always excited to hear about other Legacy owners — that's so cool that you saw a Legacy and I hope you get to meet her owner! Keep us posted, please! :-)

Also would like to say a big congrats to you on your new sailboat — she sounds wonderful! I look forward to hearing about your adventures sailing her home! Have you tried DropBox for sharing pics? I belong to an 'ukulele forum/website where people share pics of their ukes (for sale, for example); they'll include link which automatically takes you to DropBox to view the pics — no account necessary to view, but you'll need an account to upload pics — it's free to create an account. I'm no longer a tech-guru (back in the day, I was a technology trainer) and I find DropBox very user-friendly. :-)

Fair winds and following seas!

Oh my goodness — thanks so much, Carl!!!! That means a lot to me that you subscribed to my blog! I'm having a great time writing about my adventures with my Legacy, Sunny — she makes my heart sing!!!

I am so looking forward to hearing about your travels aboard your new sailboat — I would love to do some sailing on the East coast again — it's been a long time! Like over 30 years ago when I last did — off of Kent Island — departing from a marina that was just south of the Kent Narrows bridge (I think that's what the bridge is called, but I'd have to look it up to be sure!) :-D
