Can someone please tell me the cabin height in a '1981 CP 23? I'm also looking at a Seaward 23 which has 5'9"(this boat has a lot of freeboard). I don't think the CP has that much, although I still prefer it.

The cabin-height is 1.34 m - enough place even for big persons (my height is 1.92 m).
Take the Com-pac - You will enjoy this little, lovely ship!

with best greatings from Bamberg, Bavaria (Germany)

hi hanno!
i just read this thread and i thought that the cabin height for the cp23 would be somewhere around 5ยด10(1,50m). i really like the cp23 and i am surprised it being that low...anyway!
so you own a cp23 in bavaria. congratulations! where about? did you ship her from the us, in a container? can you please let me know how you did it and $$ etc, etc...

I have not measured the height inside the cabin of our CP23 but I am sure it is not near 5"10". My wife is 5' 2" an she cannot stand up.
