That's the third strike and your out. You can keep guessing but you don't have a chance, they only made about a hundred of this model of boat.

seems like either matt or bob might have a chance guessing it

Believe it or not Carl was partly right for once, it does have three sails but not a cutter. That's a good clue in my book. Lets have a few more guesses.

Interesting.  Could it be a ketch,  or a yawl?

That Carl has been doing some real head scratching. Yes the builder calls it a yawl, the aft smaller mast is behind the tiller. It's a little over twenty feet long on deck and twenty eight feet over all. There's another clue clew for all of you. I'm trying to think of a prize for the winner but not to worried about it, you will never figure it out.

Still scratching here.

A nimble 20 would be too short.

How about an Eddy & Duff Shearwater 28 Cat Yawl?

A couple real good guesses but not wright of course. Most of these boats that I have seen are a dark green, but have found a few pictures of boats with white hulls. Those my have been painted or special orders. Keep on guessing but haven't figured out a prize for a winner if there is one.

This gives me something to do while we're locked down.

Tell me about it. Living in a fifty five and over complex they quarantined us just because we had been out of state. The longest two week I spent and with a new to me boat sitting outside. While sitting here I ordered roller furler and hardware to run all the lines to the cockpit. Did a little spring cleaning and still had time for more than a couple naps. Here's your hint for today, the motor is in a well in the cockpit.

Rog:
Is this a Phil Bolger design?

rogerschwake

No, it's a by a boat builder that has produced to the best of my maybe six or seven different designs. The cabin and combing to me look like they belong on a cat boat. I'll keep the clues coming but it's only a few months till CLR.

Is it wood or glass?  How about a Crab Claw?   8)   Sail On Al
