Well, I made the announcement a while back about my wife being pregnant.  On July 19th my daughter was born.  She was 20 1/4" long and 6pounds 13 ounces.  Her name is Zoe.  She was healthy and she has been doing well.

Sorry that I haven't posted this earlier but I have been busy.  Just got back to work recently and I am about ready to go back out on parental leave.  I know that a few of you guys that I have on Facebook have seen this information.

As for sailing, God I miss it!  I have no idea when I will get another sailboat but it WILL HAPPEN.

Congratulations on the new crew member!  She was long for her birth weight, so I suspect she will be tall.  Just wait until you can return to the water and take her with you.

Time will fly, grab the moments. I look forward to teaching my 4 year old grandson how to sail. He is already talking about "our " boats! You bet you're gunna have another boat! Captain Zoe expects it!!!

Hugs to mom and congrats to you both. Don't be strangers! :)

Congratulations on the birth of your daughter!  Very exciting to bring a new crew member into the family.  :)
