Steve,

I am going to go over there tomorrow and talk to them and hopefully straighten it out.

Definitely a disappointment , they have always gone out of their way for us. ... But about the time you brag on somebody...

Hopefully, they still have your contact information. Ill get back to you tomorrow evening

Hi Terry, Masthead Enterprises finally called me back and apologized for the delay. One of their mechanics put the mismatched springs on my cars. Paul there, assummed that I got the 2" x 7/8" dia. Harken springs. What I did myself, after the fact, was what they should have done.  We both parted on good terms, he apologizing for the mistake. I had to spend an extra few bucks to do the job right so it was no big deal. My local sailboat shop, not open at some times when I need them, confirmed that my genoa lead cars were good-to-go. They even had the same springs I need to do the job. We just dug out from 20 inches of Valentines Day snow. Can't wait for May 1st. Happy sailing in Florida. Steve

I spoke to them Monday because they were closed Sat & Sun. They were very apologetic and said they would call you. Again, they seemed to take good care of sailors in the past. I hope they fix whatever or whoever caused this problem.  Still, to bad you had to take the long road to solve a simple problem.  Hopefully, this winter will end soon so you can get out on the water.

We had planned on sailing this week and staying out a couple of nights. We cancelled because of cold fronts coming through. Maybe next week... Stay warm

Regards
Terry
