Is this a good price for a CP 23/3?

I don't know.  Seems a bit high.

Mine is set up for long distance cruising.  I have a 100 watt solar panel and other extensive modifications including a cockpit shower etc.  I have a furler and a cruising spinnaker too.  I would only ask around $9500 for mine if she was for sale.

Yeah, mine has autopilot, pressure water, cockpit shower, stove, bimini, dodger, connector, grill, VHF with GPS and AIS, etc.

Sold mine a couple years ago, similar age and great condition, and little less equipment and older motor, $7500

Might be a bit high but if truly fresh water used, stored indoors unused for 17 years and in new condition she will clearly be worth a bit more than the usual 23 of that vintage. The propane stove is unusual as well. A rectangular sink to boot is not the usual. Seems she has many upgrades. You might end up spending the difference to get one to that level if she is truly "pristine".

Meanwhile know of a 23 in NJ that is almost 9K less and in good shape.

Thanks for all of your comments!

I'm thinking that the price is a bit high, but the trailer is included and is reported to be in good shape etc.

A trailer like that adds quite a bit of value to the boat.

I have a trailer with mine too.  Two years ago I had the brakes and bearings done.  I also have two spare tires for it.

Price is high.
