Harvest Moon

My friend and I planned a Harvest Moon sail to Stellwagen Bank last week. We sailed from Hull, MA and got about halfway there when the wind and waves kicked up and his radio and lights stopped working. We decided to turn back and not join the dumb sailor club, even though his Pearson 26 probably could have handled the weather. It turned out that one of us bumped a switch that turned off his power, but we were still happy about our decision. We wound up picking up a mooring at Peddocks Island. I woke at sunrise and caught a nice shot of the Harvest Moon setting.
