1. Where is the bilge pump,  the owner told me that there was a manual pump from the factory.  I can't seem to find it anywhere.  I found one pump under the starboard birth, but I assume it was for the sink as water started coming out of it while I was pumping.

2. Is there an owners manual online for the compac 23?

1. In the cockpit on the vertical bulkhead of the bridge deck.  It should have a cover that when lifted allows you to insert a handle and pump it up and down.  Suction side hose goes directly to the bilge, discharge is routed to the transom.

Revised:  I went back and looked at the pictures of your boat and noticed a teak cover plate in the spot where the bilge pump would normally be mounted.  Apparently it has been removed from that spot.  Was it relocated to another location or just removed?

2. Not to my knowledge.  I think you can buy one.  I found the owners manual to be of very limited usefulness. ComPac does have available parts spreadsheets online and they are useful.  With regard to the owners manual you are better off to make your own based on how your boat has been accessorized and modified, particularly wiring diagrams and any plumbing you have added.
