Eclipse on the west coast?

Hi all,

Curious to know if there are any Eclipse owners in the SF Bay area and what their experience is sailing on SF Bay and the environs. I'm a novice sailor thinking about a pocket cruiser for the area but want to know if places like Tomales Bay and SF Bay (not the Slot, I know at least that!) are a little much for her.

Bonus - if anyone is in fact in the area and willing to let me take a look at theirs I would be happy to drive to you. Tough to find Com Pac's on this coast!
