Fabric to recover cabin cushions

Does anyone know how much fabric to order to reupholster the full set of cabin cushions (2 settee berths/benches, v-berth and 2 inserts in v-berth above head)?

Also, any recommendations on material and/or sources of material?

Talk to the folks at Sailrite.  They are knowledgeable and helpful.  There is also a lot of videos that they have on their site and on youtube.
