Here is a short video that I did of some of my Trip.  The video thing is new to me and I am still learning so bear with me.  It was mainly shot with a GoPro clone called SJ CAM 4000

HeaveToo,

Having sailed the Chesapeake for 20 years and traversed waters at the junction of the Potomac R. and Bay a number of times, I believe you were most prudent in avoiding the Bay in heavy NE winds.

Otherwise, sounds like a good safe trip was enjoyed with Skipper and Boat both returned in sound condition.

Hope the weather is more favorable on your next sojourn out into the Bay.

I have over 20 years sailing on the Bay and Potomac. You are right about being prudent. I know better so I just stayed in the Potomac. Small craft warnings aren't a joke.
